SRSP offers a comprehensive benefits program which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; an EAP program; a flexible spending program including the option of an HSA; long-term disability coverage; and more.  Employees can choose from a number of insurance coverage options which are available for both employees and their dependents.  SRSP covers a generous portion of employees' monthly premiums, making our options competitively affordable.

FINANCIAL 

In addition to competitive wages and paid time off, SRSP employees are rewarded for high performance with competitive incentive compensation plans.  Employees can also save for retirement through our 401(k) plan. SRSP matches employee contributions up to 4%.
